The Green Career Centre is a non-profit organization with a mission to prepare underrepresented youth for green careers. With a focus on supporting BIPOC, newcomers and women, the Green Career Centre works by and for these communities to bridge the gap between equitable, accessible and transparent social and environmental employment opportunities.

Connecting those who are most impacted by the climate crisis and environmental disasters with green job opportunities.
Accessibility
Developing research that highlights concerns in accommodations in the hiring process and if jobs exclude certain groups.
Transparency
Advocating to not hide pertinent information such as salaries or other relevant discourse within the hiring process.

Championing for organizations and companies to hold genuine promises for sustainability instead of greenwashing.
